1.1 The Conditions for Participation are:
(a) the Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type;
(b) the Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for the entity type of any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver the Requirement as part of a
1.2 the Tenderer confirms that it offers to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 12 of this RFT

Timeframe for Delivery: he term of the contractual arrangement with the preferred Tenderer or preferred Tenderers, as the case requires, will be 3 years, plus 2 x 12 month extension options.
