Tender Description
Services Australia (the Agency) is issuing this RFT to identify a source or sources of supply of the Requirement that provides best value for money.
In summary, the Agency is seeking the provision of a print management services panel.
Further details of the Requirement are set out in Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirement).

- The Conditions for Participation are:
- the Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type;
- the Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for the entity type of any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver the Requirement as part of a deed of standing offer arrangement resulting from a procurement with an estimated value of $4 million or more (GST inclusive);
- the Tenderer confirms that it offers to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 12 of this RFT.
- The Tenderer, and all members of its corporate group, are not suppliers of services within the scope of the agency’s Creative and Digital Communication panel SON4009385;
- The Tenderer, and all members of its corporate group, are not suppliers of services within the scope of the agency’s Printing and Production panel RFT1000995124.
Timeframe for Delivery: The term of the contractual arrangement with the preferred Tenderer or preferred Tenderers, as the case requires, will be 3 years, plus 2 x 12 month extension options.
