Swan Hill Rural City Council has identified a need for refurbishment of the Nyah Community Centre change room facilities. The plumbing and amenity infrastructure is worn out, leaking and difficult to clean making it unhygienic. The space also requires refurbishment to allow for gender neutral access to change facilities for sporting activities in order to create a more equitable use of the space.

Council invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit a Tender to oversee and undertake the refurbishment of the Nyah Community Centre change room facilities, as per the detailed design drawing & specification.

Background information / Compatibility requirements

The Nyah Community Centre, situated at the Nyah Recreation Reserve on River Street, has been standing for over 50 years. It is a two-storey structure with the ground level consisting of meeting rooms, game day operations and change room facilities. The upper level features social rooms, a bar, a kitchen/canteen and amenities.
