Leeton Shire Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to participate in a panel arrangement for the supply of various Quarried Materials as listed on the included tender form.

Council will require the supply of materials to be priced at an “ex bin” rate, and a rate to be delivered to Leeton Shire Council Depot located at 10 - 16 Massey Avenue, Leeton NSW 2705. At times, we may seek pricing from you to deliver to specific sites across our Shire. This will be discussed at the time of material ordering.

This contract is intended to cover the supply of various Quarried Materials for the full financial years of 2024/25 and 2025/26 starting from the date of acceptance with an option to extend for a further 24 months, in two x 12-month periods, at the sole discretion of Council.

The applications are invited upon the conditions set out in this Volume 1 “Request for Tender Conditions”.

Tenderers will be required to provide the information in Volume 2 “Required Information”.

Detailed information regarding the supply of various quarried products is set out in Volume 3 “Schedule of Rates”.

The successful Tenderer will be required to enter into an Instrument of Agreement with Council for all documentation stated in Volume 4 “Instrument of Agreement”.

* Council will only consider non complying tenders if a complying tender has been already submitted. Council reserves the right to accept/deny or consider non complying tenders.

* Class 1 & 2 DGB20 & DGS 20/40 material must conform to TfNSW D & C 3051; Test results must be available for delivered material lots to justify Item 3-6 Charges.

* Approximate quantities required of quarried material are:

• 10,000 tonne of 20mm quarried gravel

• 15,000 tonne of 40mm quarried gravel

• 4,000 tonne of DGS20 – TfNSW Spec

• Please Supply recent test results for each quarry product material – Line 1 to 6 for assessment during evaluation period.
