In July 2023, Northern Grampians Shire Council contracted Challis Designs to undertake an audit of the Hall Gap Visitor Information Centre (VIC) located at zones 2- 5, or the foyer area within hub, and develop a detailed design concepts and plan to modernise the space, transforming it into a facility that inspires and evoke a sense of place and belonging for visitors and the local community.
