La Trobe University (LTU) (the University) is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Hydraulic Reactive and Preventative Maintenance across all campuses commencing early 2025.
1. Overview
La Trobe University (LTU) was established in 1964 as Victoria’s third university and is recognised as a leading Australian provider of tertiary education. In 2020, LTU enrolled 35,000 local and international students while employing over 2,800 staff across all campuses Victoria wide.
LTU is a multi-campus university and the largest provider of higher education to Victoria’s regions. Our main campus is located in Bundoora, Melbourne. Other campuses include; Albury-Wodonga, Bendigo, Mildura and Shepparton.
LTU released its ten-year Strategic Plan 2020 – 2030 in September 2020.

4. Service Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed, the Contractor must manage and control the quality of the Services in accordance with a quality management plan which has been approved by LTU.
The Contractor is responsible for maintaining insurance for all Contractor’s Equipment throughout the term of this Contract.
