Parks Victoria are seeking to engage a single or multiple suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider/s via a panel arrangement to supply Waste and Recycling Services at specified assets for an initial term of three (3)years, with the option to extend for a further two (2) year period. The Term of the contract, including any extensions to that Term, are stated in the General Services contract attached to this RFT.

Parks Victoria is open to consider joint venture arrangements/submissions from Tenderers.

Due to the volume of assets, it is proposed that services are to be provided by a number of suppliers engaged Methods by geographical area, asset and service type. It is projected that transition will commence three (3) months prior to the expiry of most existing contracts.

Parks Victoria will provide comprehensive detail of services required based on the Unit of Measure hourly ceiling rates submitted by Tenderer/s in the RFT process. Once the RFQ has been agreed to and approved by PV, a Purchase Order will be issued to Tenderer/s to perform a package of Works.

Services that are required:

-Supply, Maintenance and emptying of General waste i.e Front End Load (FEL) ( less than 4.5m3), Dino 240L, 11M3 and 31M3 Bulk/Skip Bins

-Co Mingled recycling ie 240L, 660L and 1100L Bins

-Paper and Cardboard recycling i.e. 1.5M3 and 3M3 Bins

-Green Waste ie RoRo and 11M3 Bins
