Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) is releasing an Invitation to Offer (ITO) for the Provision of Radiation Oncology Services to Patients within WBHHS.

WBHHS is committed to advancing the economic, environmental and social objectives of the Queensland Government, including maximising Queensland Providers’ opportunities to participate in government business, supporting regional and remote economies, and doing business with ethically, environmentally and socially responsible Providers. The scope of the potential Agreement will cover Radiation Oncology Services within WBHHS.

WBHHS is seeking a service provider to provide the services across some or all of the WBHHS catchment area.

It is expected that the successful Provider(s) will be engaged under a contract to supply these Services across all or part of the WBHHS geographical footprint. The initial term of 7 years with the option of two additional periods of 5 years each (total 17 years).

Tender Briefing Session

The WBHHS will hold a briefing session at 12:00pm (AEST) on 13 August 2024 via a Microsoft Teams medium.

Providers must register to attend this briefing by emailing the WBHHS’s Contact Person nominated at section 1.14 (WBHHS-Procurement@health.qld.gov.au) by 4:00pm on 12 August 2024 listing the names of those Provider representatives attending. Following receipt of this, WBHHS will issue the teams link details.
