The project objective is to provide the best value playing surface and lighting in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and AFL Guidelines and with minimal environmental and stakeholder impact.

Specific objectives include:

- Project Completion on (or) before the end of 28th February 2025

-Designed in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and AFL Guidelines

-Provide detailed Bill of quantities for tender review

- To minimise environmental impact during construction, including impacts on the river channel and aquatic habitat, water quality and nuisance (noise, dust, vibration) to nearby properties.

-Provide electrical and lighting pricing based on details and plans provided by WTC.
