Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking Responses from suppliers to this Request for Proposal (RFP), to provide Electrical Services Maintenance, to support the physical assets at each of ECU’s Perth metro campuses at Joondalup, Mt. Lawley, and ECU City Campus.

It is expected that the successful Respondent(s) solution/s will align with, and assist in the successful delivery of, the University’s Asset Maintenance and Compliance Plan.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Building 32, 270 Joondalup Drive, Joondalup on 12 August 2024 8:00 AM.

• The Briefing aims to provide an overview of:
• The University and the University's requirements
• Procurement and submission process and timeline
• A question-and-answer session; and
• Site assessment aims to provide all Respondents with an overview of the physical layouts of all campuses to assess implementation requirements and conditions.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
