SERVICE REQUIRED:

Northern Beaches Council (Council) is commencing detailed planning for the future development of the Brookvale Precinct to support the 'rezoning' of the precinct. Council invites your organisation to submit a proposal to prepare a Demographic Analysis and Social Infrastructure Peer Review and Implementation Strategy to support the implementation of the Brookvale Structure Plan. Council encourages creative proposals that demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the technical challenges in the Brookvale precinct.
