Port Waratah Caol Services is seeking responses from service providers for Tender 24-018 Environmental Monitoring Services. The services are throughout both Kooragang and Carrington Coal Terminals.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS A PRESENCE IN NEWCASTLE, NSW. IF YOUR COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A PRESENCE IN NEWCASTLE, YOUR COMPANY'S SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Requirements

1. Within five (5) days of receiving this tender please advise by email (jill.burgess@pwcs.com.au) of your intention to participate in the tender and attend the mandatory site inspection on 21/8/2024. Please complete all schedules within the Tender Package and provide pricing for the entire scope.

2. There will be a mandatory site inspection on Wednesday 21 August 2024. The site inspection will commence at 9.00 am and will take approximately two (2) hours. Please meet at Kooragang wharf. Due to transport constraints only two (2) representatives from each company may attend. Please advise the name and contact number of each attendee to the email above. PPE of long pants, long-sleeve shirt, gloves, safety glasses, hard hat and hearing protection is required. The hosts for the site inspection will be Ben Lowder ( 0412 257 002) and Emma Constable (0460 652 647).

Submissions

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a successful Submission Receipt which will be timed and dated upon completion.
