Tender Description
Central Highlands Water CHW is seeking submissions from suitably experienced and resourced contractors to appoint a provider for the Provision of Branch Sewer Relining Services within the CHW service area together with compliance with safety and environmental laws.
TYPE OF CONTRACT
The Contract will be a schedule of rates and will be subject to annual price adjustment for rise and fall in prices after 36 months.
Details of the price adjustment mechanism that will apply to the Contract are set out in Part B Form of Tender.
The Contract will be for an initial three (3) year term with provision for two (2) year extension (potentially a five-year total), all at CHW's discretion.
