The Copper Coast Council is seeking a contractor who is suitably qualified to undertake both spray seal and asphalt road reseals.

Council’s intention is to offer the contractor 2 years of the Council’s reseal program with the option of 3 single year extensions, taking the possible reseal contract out to a maximum of 5 years.

The quantity of reseals works is approximately 110,000m2 of Bitumen Spray Seal and 8100m2 of AC10 Bitumen Hotmix over a 2-year period. Please refer to image lists for road details.

• Year 3 to 5 areas will be confirmed at a later date and offered to the successful contractor if both parties agree to continue on agreed terms.
• Year 3 estimated seal - 55,000m2 Spray seal + 10,000m2 hotmix
• Year 4 estimated seal - 60,000m2 spray seal + 2500m2 hotmix
• Year 5 estimated seal - 55,000m2 spray seal + 5000m2 hotmix
