Auckland Council invites expression of interests from community groups and providers seeking to lease the Councilowned building at 192 Parnell Rd, Parnell.

The building is an open space of approximately 40m2. There is a small kitchen, office/storage space, toilets, and a courtyard of approximately 69m2. The building is located at Heard Park, in the heart of Parnell.

Auckland Council is looking for activities that complement the use of the wider park. This could be a community service or activity that activates the Park, or alternatively a commercial activity that complements the park and provides a benefit or convenience to users of the park.

The room will be available for inspection on 20 August from 10am to 12pm and 4pm to 6pm.
