Tender Description

GMW invites offers from suitably qualified contractors to undertake Eppalock Shed Relocation works.

The scope of work for this tender consists of:

  • Shed relocation and replacement (includes steel, concrete, power and fit out)
  • Demolition of existing shed and a gravel hard surface reinstated in its place.
  • New site cleared of Ash trees, fencing and effluent lines (effluent lines to be relocated from construction site)
  • Installation and re-connection of effluent line
  • Gravel for additional area
  • Security fencing to be reinstated around site
