Logan City Council (Council) is inviting tenders from potential contractors to establish a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) for the provision of Carpentry, Handyman, and Automatic Door and Gate Services.

The contract will comprise of three (3) separable portions, these being:

• Separable Portion 1- Carpentry and Joinery;
• Separable Portion 2- Handyman Services; and
• Separable Portion 3- Automatic Door and Gate Services.

ENQUIRIES:

Any questions and responses shall be collated, documented and distributed to all tenderers to ensure equity and fairness to all respondents. Furthermore, all enquiries in relation to this tender must be submitted via the tendering portal.

The final date for accepting questions regarding this tender via the  Online Forum, is 5:00pm Wednesday, 4 September 2024. Any questions after this date will not receive a response.

TENDER BRIEFING SESSION:

An online tender briefing session will be held for prospective tenderers on Friday 23 August 2024, via MS Teams commencing at 10.00am. This session is aimed to assist tenderers in understanding the tender documents and completing the response forms, it is not to provide technical advice around the specification requirements.

Attendance at the online tender briefing session is not mandatory.

Prospective tenderers are to email tendering@logan.qld.gov.au by 3.00pm Thursday 22 August 2024, advising the names and emails of those proposing to attend the online tender briefing session. Once registered, a link will be provided to join the session.
