Kiama Municipal Council (KMC) is seeking to engage an appropriate contractor to complete a Design and Construct package for the supply and installation of two prefabricated caravans.

The contractor will be responsible for the comprehensive delivery and installation of the prefabricated caravans, ensuring all structural, service, and compliance requirements are met. The scope covers thorough planning, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and flexibility resulting in the delivery of high-quality compliant prefabricated caravans.

Works include but are not limited to the provision of all preliminaries, supervision, labour, materials, trade works, transport, materials handling, plant and equipment, safety, environmental controls, set out, testing, commissioning, and certification necessary to complete works in its entirety.
