Kempsey Shire Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to carry out Landslip Remediation Works across 6 sites in the Macleay Valley.

The Council’s Local Preference Purchasing Procedure adopted on 20 March 2018 applies to this Tender.

Tenders should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and lodged in the electronic tender box prior to the closing time and date. The onus rests on the tenderer to ensure that the tender is lodged in accordance with the above requirements.
