The William Angliss Institute of Technical and Further Education (WAI) is seeking a response to engaging a consultant to provide advice in respect to our Digital Transformation Strategy, with the advice sought relating specifically to Forms digitisation and electronic signature solutions.

Scope

The Institute currently has in the range of 170 – 200 forms which exist in a range of formats including paper based, sharepoint forms, forms within enterprise systems, web forms developed inhouse. Some forms are for staff (internal purposes) others are for students. There are varying requirements for the data collected in the various forms in respect to requirement for digital signatures and approval, integration with other systems and need for auto generated messaging and notifications. For many forms there is no integrated workflow within the form process. We are currently undertaking a project to migrate to Office 365 and its version of sharepoint.

Desired Outcomes from the Consultant:

• Evaluate and benchmark key alternatives (including some prescribed by William Angliss Institute).
• Recommend digital forms solution(s) suitable for all Institute forms.
