Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from appropriately qualified and experienced Respondents for the Design and Construction of a new Water Treatment Plant at Crescent Head NSW.

Council is seeking to select a panel of up to four parties as part of this EOI, who are capable of performing the works. KSC may also elect to appoint two reserves.

After shortlisting, KSC will issue a Request for Tender (RFT) to the selected panel members for the contract that includes the design, supply, manufacture, installation, construction, testing, commissioning, and proof of performance of the new WTP for Crescent Head.

Submissions should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and lodged in the electronic tender box prior to the closing time and date. The onus rests on the tenderer to ensure that the tender is lodged in accordance with the above requirements.
