Tender Description
The proposed activity seeks to demolish the existing amenity building located in the eastern section of the site and erect a new amenities facility that will provide toilets (including accessible toilets), sports team change rooms, store rooms, and canteen.
The concrete apron and building are also provided with new stairs at its north western and north eastern corners and accessible ramps to that north eastern corner. This ramp also provides access to a new accessible parking space.
The proposed roof is a skillion type metal structure that provides a wide shaded veranda area to the building.
Installation of a new accessible car parking space, kerb and gutter and re-sheeting of a section of the road will be included, in order to ensure accessibility to the new building.
