The Huon Valley Council is calling for Tenders for the provision of Supply and/or Laying of Bituminous Surfacing on Roads 2024-2025.

LODGEMENT OF TENDERS

All enquiries are to be directed to Julie Birtles, Technical Officer, via the Huon Valley Council online forum, under this Tender notice.

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the Huon Valley Council's online portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 5pm (AEST) on Wednesday 28th August 2024. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE HUON VALLEY COUNCIL TENDERLINK PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the Huon Valley Council office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members will disqualify.
