The purpose of this EOI is to shortlist up to four Consultants who will be invited to submit a fee proposal for preparation of Asset Management Planning documents for use by Council. The fee proposal will be based on the scope of works outlined in this EOI document. The scope of works though is likely to be amended to reflect asset management planning information obtained through the EOI process. It is Council's preference for one Supplier to provide all services under the Scope of Works, however Council may select Suppliers to submit a proposal for individual parts of the Scope of Works.

The scope of work includes preparation of an Asset Management Strategy for Council. The Strategy will be developed for all asset classes under the control of Council.

The scope of work under the proposed contract also includes preparation of Asset Management Plans for the following asset categories:

- Buildings

- Other Structures

- Water Assets
