Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Council's Schedule of Rates Contract for Infrastructure, Property & Repair Services.
The Contract shall be for a period of three (3) years from 1 July 2024 with an option for the Principal to extend the Contract, at their sole discretion, for two periods of one year each
Tenderers may choose to submit rates on selected parts, or all the categories listed below.
PART 1 - DISPOSAL OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL - AC Profiling, Timber and Concrete
PART 2 - ENGINEERING SURVEYING
PART 3 - FOOTPATH PAVING, PLAZA and MULTI-FUNCTION POLE CLEANING
PART 4 - GRAFFITI REMOVAL - from Public and Private Properties
PART 5 - PROPERTY INFRASTRUCTURE
