Project goals
The NSW Government has announced 30 additional ambulance stations will be delivered as part of the NSW Ambulance Infrastructure Program. Health Infrastructure is seeking Expressions of Interest from owners of potentially suitable sites for acquisition by NSW Government.
Sites for new stations serving local communities in and around Raby, Kincumber, Cherrybrook, Edgeworth, Berkeley Vale, Dee Why and Glenmore Park are sought.
New stations are located at places which optimise ambulance response times and meet the future health needs of the community. All sites nominated will undergo a thorough evaluation to ensure they meet the needs of the community and NSW Ambulance.
The new stations will optimise NSW Ambulance response performance and provide local paramedics with modern, purpose-built infrastructure to better meet the emergency and mobile medical care needs of the local communities they serve.
Scope
Health Infrastructure is seeking Expressions of Interest from owners or their appointed agents of potentially suitable sites for acquisition by NSW Government for new Ambulance Stations serving local communities in and around the following locations: Cherrybrook, Kincumber, Raby, Edgeworth, Dee Why and Glenmore Park. New stations are located in places which optimise ambulance response times and meet the future needs of the community. All sites nominated will undergo a thorough evaluation to ensure they meet the needs of the community and NSW Ambulance. Expressions of Interest must be received in the correct format by 3 pm on the 29 August 2024 to be considered.
