Tender Description
1. GENERAL
The Current Restroom/Toilet is susceptible to repeated leakage due to its location and building condition. This project primarily focuses on ensuring reliable restoration to all components. The scope includes removal of current floor tiles, toilet cubicle and carryout proper waterproofing followed by the re-tiling of the floor and walls. Comprehensive Scope of work is described in point 2.0 of this SOW.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
- 2.1 Carry out asbestos test before starting work.
- 2.2 Provide dust management.
- 2.3 Remove all fixtures and fittings including basin, toilet all wall and floor tiles.
- 2.4 Cap existing water inlet to toilet.
- 2.5 Supply and install water and drainage to suit new toilet and Vanity.
- 2.6 Render walls as required.
- 2.7 Waterproof floor, water stop at door.
- 2.8 Screed floor, tile floor with walls to ceiling.
- 2.9 Fit off new toilet, vanity, and all accessories.
- 2.10 Supply white wall tiles 600 x 300 and 600 x 600 floor tiles.
- 2.11 Install new acoustic ceiling tiles.
- 2.12 Remove existing door jamb, make doorway as wide as possible.
- 2.13 painting required.
