The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) manages the whole of government arrangements on behalf of the Commonwealth.

The DTA is seeking to engage a resource over an initial term of 12 months to assist in the contract negotiation of whole-of-government arrangements. The resource we are seeking will possess capability in the following areas:

• Contract and commercial strategy and advice
• Contract optimisation
• Development of contract negotiation strategies and positioning
• Opportunity and solution identification and evaluation
• Market and product research, analysis and advice
• Supporting the development and execution of procurement strategy and requirements for SSAs
• Ongoing procurement and strategic advice for the successful implementation of whole-of-government arrangements, including but not limited to contributing to the establishment of governance arrangements
• Implementation of business process and increasing the team’s technical knowledge and process to drive best benefits
• Ongoing ad-hoc commercial, pricing, or technical advice when requested.

Additional budget information: DTA would seek pricing estimates for work scope, and hourly rate information when utilising access to advisory services. No travel costs will be provided, personnel will need to work in person at the DTA office.
