The Department of Transport and Main Roads is seeking Offers from a suitably qualified Prime Supplier to deliver and manage an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution (Solution) that meets the business needs identified by the Information, Content and Records Solution (iCARS) and the Correspondence Management (CM) projects.

The scope of the Contract includes the following Products and Services at a minimum:

• Provision of an ECM Solution
• Project management (project planning and execution)
• Detailed discovery, analysis, design, build/configuration, pilot and implementation of Solution, data structure and reports
• Integration / interfacing
• Transition-In and implementation services
• Data migration services
• Training support and documentation
• Solution testing and acceptance
• Hypercare period after go-live
• Warranty period after go-live
• ICT Solution support and documentation
• Customer service portal
• ICT professional services
• Transition-Out Plan.

It does not include:

• Any services to support and maintain or decommission the existing application suite
• Professional change management and benefits management services (other than product training)
• Any other Products and Services not listed or required to perform the Requirements.
