You are invited to submit a tender in response to Request for Tender (RFT) 45792 - Australian Defence Contracted Health System - Pathology Services.
Defence are seeking to procure and implement an integrated supply arrangement for the delivery of the Pathology Services described in the Statement of Work (Part 3 of the RFT) that achieves the following outcomes:

Many of the documents forming this RFT are classified as Official: Sensitive. These documents contain the Commonwealth's Confidential Information for the purposes of the RFT and are only available via an AusTender Data Room. The documents that are available in the Data Room are identified in the Document Map attached to the Cover Letter.
In accordance with clause 2.17 of the Conditions Of Tender, to access these documents tenderers (and any of the tenderer’s proposed Subcontractors, partners or Related Bodies Corporate) will need to complete and return to the Contact Officer an executed Deed Poll of Confidentiality.
