Port Stephens Council (PSC) requires a Mobile Payment Parking Application (MPPA) to be integrated into Council Smart Parking Network.

PSC invites companies to submit tenders for a Smart Parking Application. The objective of this tender is to award a contractor that can supply and manage a user-friendly, efficient, and innovative mobile application that enhances the parking experience for both users and administrators.

Following the assessment of tender submissions, Council will award this contract to the service provider who satisfies the requirements of this specification and the Contract documents, and who offered to supply the items and services specified within the schedule of rates.
