Tender Description
Refurbishment activities at TAFE Kids Inc. located within the compounds of SuniTAFE’s Mildura Campus.
Refurbishment activities include but are not limited to demolition, plumbing, electrical, bathroom renovations, plastering, painting, and cabinetry.
Pending approval of the Department of Education, all construction activities associated to refurbishment works are to be completed within the timeframe of 21 December 2024 to 17 January 2025. It’s the Principal’s intention to close TAFE Kids during this period to facilitate the refurbishment works.
Tenderers are to submit as part of their response, a Gantt Chart supporting their planned activities over the timeframe to reflect the completion of activities on or before 17 January 2025.

Site Visit
A briefing session will be held at 453 Benetook Avenue, Mildura, Victoria, Australia, 3500 on 1 October 2024 07:00 am.
Notes: Site visit is not mandatory but highly recommended. Registered attendees are to meet the Principal's Representative at TAFE Kids prior to entry.
