Development Victoria (DV) is seeking to engage a highly capable and diligent Landscape Architect Consultant to lead and coordinate the landscape design for the Regional Housing - Geelong project.

The procurement will be conducted as a Selective Tender with selected bidders to be listed under the “Landscape Architects” category of the Construction Supplier Register (CSR). Regional Consultant participation is encouraged. Selected Bidders will need to demonstrate experience and capability in master planned residential communities including medium density public and private open spaces.

DV expects the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) to occur in late August via the Buying for Victoria portal.

The Consultant Services are expected to commence in late September 2024.

This procurement is subject to the Local Jobs First policy as Strategic projects, the Social Procurement Framework and Fair Jobs Code.

Bidders who are eligible under the CSR are encouraged to confirm their intention to participate in the tender via a registration of interest. Only genuine bidders will be registered and eligible to receive the RFP. The registration of interest period will be open for the duration of the advertisement of this Advance Tender Notice.
