Guildford Grammar School is seeking a suitably qualified and competent contractor to supply cleaning services to the following sites

1. Senior School Buildings

2. Preparatory Buildings

3. Boarding Houses

The specification is set out within the enclosed documents where the school reserves the right to either let as one contract or under multiple contracts to achieve the requirements.

Site visit is mandatory, and the closing date will be on Friday 30th August 2024 at 2pm WST.

The tenderer is required to include with this submission:

What - a detailed scope of services/tasks that will be undertaken

How – Team and hours of work including supervision and management

Performance Outcome - an outcome measurement tool that will support the Tenderer’s

commitment to achieve a detailed cleaned built environment.
