Suppliers are invited by WorkCover Queensland to submit an offer for WCQ442 for the provision of professional services relating to WorkCover’s Claims Management Model as specified in Part B: Contract Details (Schedule 1 – Requirements).

The Supplier must have expert knowledge of and on the ground practical experience with Australian and/or international personal injury operations and demonstrate this in their RFP response, using this information to design in detail, the most efficient and effective claims operations taking into account the systems, processes and people needed to deliver optimal outcomes for WorkCover.

WorkCover expects the engagement arising from this RFP will take approximately 3 months to complete, dependant on the proposals put forward. Suppliers may propose an outline of additional implementation options beyond an initial phase to be completed as soon as possible. WorkCover reserves the right to negotiate additional stages with the preferred supplier subject to funding and internal approvals.
