Zoos Victoria is seeking the services of a suitably experienced and accredited supplier to provide fulfilment services for the membership program.

Zoos Victoria has over 355,000 active members, with over 150,000 new members joining annually. Our Membership program is the largest zoo and cultural membership program in Australia and one of the largest zoo membership programs in the world. Our members contribute to 25% of Zoos Victoria income and represent 50% of Zoos Victoria visitation.

The membership fees, as well as additional spending on catering, retail, commercial experiences, and events, supports Zoos Victoria operations and conservation initiatives. Our members not only contribute financially, but they also recruit new members, bring new visitors to our properties, and spread the message of our community conservation campaigns. Members are our greatest asset for advocacy and influencing the community and the fulfilment program plays an integral role in the onboarding and ongoing engagement and services to our members.

Two key elements to the fulfilment program requirements are:

• The supplier has the capability to manage Zoos Victoria member data, including providing or building a customised data warehouse to sort, clean and manage fulfilment requirements. Zoos Victoria will not provide the finalised data to the supplier, meaning the supplier will be required to analyse, clean and execute the data required for fulfilment.
• The supplier must have no less that ISO27001 accreditation. This requirement is not negotiable, and submissions without this accreditation will be disqualified.

The contract award will be for a fixed term of three years, with the option to extend for an additional two years
