Suppliers are invited by WorkCover Queensland to submit an offer for ITO No. WCQ456 for the provision of Professional Services for a Best Practice Review on the End-to-end Claims Management Process for Mental Health Injury Claims as specified in Part B: Contract Details document.

• Independently assess and benchmark, against current best practice, WorkCover Queensland’s practices for supporting workers with primary mental health injuries with respect to claims management, diagnosis, treatment, care, support, and rehabilitation and return to work.
• Recommend actionable improvements through the claim lifecycle to enhance the experience for our customers that align with best practice to achieve better outcomes for workers with primary mental injuries. This includes reviewing relevant WorkCover policies and procedures as well as educational, expert support and other resource material for WorkCover’s people and customers.
• Provide insights and practical recommendations for implementation.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and legislative requirements.
• Propose a framework that addresses principles of risk mitigation, lifts capability, nurtures wellbeing and optimises recruitment where employees are engaged with mental injury claims
