Project goals
The Project involves the decommission and demolition of the existing Boiler House MSB to upgrade and construct the new MSB for connection to the new 1500kVA transformer already installed by Essential Energy. The Academy's facilities powered by this MSB must remain in operation during the upgrade works under the completion of the works.
Scope
1) Design co-ordination and completion from client issued 90% design to construction documentation and certification;
2) All coordination with Essential Energy (EsE) and authority, EsE approvals;
3) Decommission, demolition, disposal of the existing MSB & DB, Supply, Install and Commissioning of the new MSB, lighting, distribution board (DB), submains and wiring for connection to the new existing 1500kVA transformer;
4) Supply, Install and Maintain the backup power supply to the downstream Academy's facilities powered by this MSB during the upgrade works until the completion of the works.
