OVERVIEW

The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is intending to release a Request for Tender (RFT) in September 2024 and is seeking Expressions of Interest concerning the Public Bar Services contract for future Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix (Event) events, to be held at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit (Venue) from 2025 through to 2026 (two years).

EVENT

The MotoGP™ is a 20-round season which visits a total of 17 countries across four continents, showcasing the best and fastest motorcycle racers. The Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix event is held over a three-day period, typically in October each year. It is the premier motorcycle event in Australia and has been running in Phillip Island since 1989.

The AGPC is responsible for the staging of the Event at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. Approximately 90,000 fans attend the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix over the three-day period. AGPC offers fans the choice of three product types, including General Admission (Island Pass), Grandstand and Hospitality. Additionally, fans can camp at the circuit on the campgrounds offered as part of the Event offering.
