2024 25 George Town Reseal Program RFT 06 2024

DUE DATE 2:00 PM FRIDAY 6th SEPTEMBER 2024

The scope of work includes but not limited to

• Advance resident notifications and liaison with directly affected property owners.
• Weed spray before resealing;
• Sweeping of loose gravel/ aggregate before and after sealing works;
• Prep Works (prior to sealing) asphalt mill & fill and pavement replacement, where required;
• Spray Surfacing;
• Line markings;
• Pavement Markings for fire hydrants and stop valves in accordance with TasWater requirements;
• General reinstatement and making good.
• Maintenance until defects liability period end date.

Important Notes Supplied Unit Rates MUST be inclusive of all associated works including but not limited to:

• Mobilisation & demobilization costs
• Supplying and placement of all materials, labor, plant & equipment.
• Trimming of trees where required
• Weed spraying prior to sealing
• Sweeping prior and after sealing.
• Traffic Management during work
• Notifications and letter drop
• Reinstatement of all line markings on roads including TasWater assets
• The supply and placement stick & stomps and appropriate warning signs until the line marking is completed and general reinstatement etc.
• All rates are exclusive of GST.
