Tender Description
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2425-013 for the provision of Lighting Design and Construction for Plenty War Memorial Oval Lighting Upgrade, located at 103-107 Yan Yean Road, Plenty VIC 3090
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the works.
It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around mid-December 2024 with an intended practical completion date of 30 April 2025

Important Note: Period of Tender Validity
Due to the timing of this tender and the Local Government Election period in Victoria which will begin from 12:00pm on 17 September 2024 and will end at 6:00pm on 26 October 2024, all Tenders must remain valid and open for acceptance for a minimum of 120 days from the Closing Time.
It is the intent of Council to award the contract at the Council Meeting to be held in December 2024 – which at the time of issuing this tender, the date of the December meeting is still to be finalised once new Council has been elected.
Council will only consider tenders that comply with the 120 day period.
Valid Working with Children Cards will be required for all contractor employees and sub-contractor staff engaged to deliver on-site works
