• A payment of 10% of the tendered amount must accompany the initial tender (refunded if unsuccessful).
•  Successful tenders required to pay GST on tender fee. Payment for successful tenders to be received in full by 5pm Thursday, September 5, 2024.
•  Copy of Statement of Trade will need to be submitted by successful tenders.
•  All stalls and holders must meet health and fire department requirements (fire extinguisher and blanket for hot food).
•  Power requirements will need to be stated on initial tenders. All equipment will need to be tested and tagged by an authorised person.
•  All stalls must remove all rubbish from the Reserve. Clean up fees will apply.
•  If tendering, please ensure that the products can be supplied as early stock outs are not acceptable.
•  Keep in mind that your staff will need to pay general admission.

All set up is to be done in consultation with SFNL administration.
