Frankston City Council (‘Council’) is undertaking the bulk LED replacement of its non-energy efficient street lights on its minor roads.
The Contractor needs to demonstrate to Council that it is suitably qualified and is United Energy (UE) approved to provide the installation services as part of the Project.
