Queensland Rail has a requirement for the provision of System Integrator Role.
B.04597 ETCS Caboolture to Gympie North ATP Upgrade project was sponsored to deploy the trackside infrastructure for ETCS L0 and L1 operating modes on the North Coast Line.The integration testing of the L1 functionality was dependent on supply of ETCS fitted rollingstock and was to be provided by the ETCS Inner City / CRR delivery program.
ETCS fitted rollingstock was not available when required for project B.04597 to undertake the L1 system integration testing activities and the project was descoped after the trackside infrastructure was installed and tested.
This project (B.06691) has been created to complete the descoped activities of B.04597, which comprises system integration activities with ETCS fitted rollingstock, as well as operational readiness, to achieve “infrastructure ready for ETCS L1 revenue operations”.
For this Request for Proposal (RFP), the information uploaded on QTenders is not all the information. However, it is intended to assist suppliers / interested respondents to determine whether their company is able to fulfill the requirement and provide solution(s).

Queensland Rail will only accept RFP responses submitted via the Ariba Sourcing system.
