The Rural City of Wangaratta (Council) is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to develop Community Vision & Council Plan (including MPHWP), and inform development of 10 Year Financial Plan and 2025/26 Budget

The project scope entails undertaking a deliberative engagement process to inform the development of the Rural City of Wangaratta’s key strategic documents. The project will update and develop the Community Vision and Council Plan (incorporating the Municipal Public Health & Wellbeing Plan) and will inform development of the 10 Year Financial Plan and 2025/26 Budget.
