This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Digital Services Branch (DSB) at the Clean Energy Regulator requires the ongoing support of an experienced technical Enterprise Architect.
The architect will provide strategic direction and assurance over the agency’s underlying technology platforms and framework. They will engage across all levels of the agency to ensure that solutions are delivered with consistency and integrity.
The Enterprise Architect will provide assurance over the delivery of the agency’s Change Program and other initiatives/programs by ensuring alignment between business needs and technical architecture. The architect is responsible for architectural strategies, designs and roadmaps that underpin delivery of technical solutions.
These activities also include:
- Providing leadership to multi-disciplinary teams on the delivery of prioritised epics/features.
- Developing models/diagrams of business, information, application and infrastructure architecture layers.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with business owners and delivery teams.
- Chairing the Architecture Reference Group.
- Supporting refinement of strategy, service design and discovery recommendations.
- The Enterprise Architecture should have extensive architectural experience within Government, be familiar with the implication of the ISM and PSPF and have experience in guiding an architectural advisory group.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is beneficial, as is experience with agile delivery frameworks including SAFe.
The following is required before the Enterprise Architect can commence:
- Receive (and acknowledge) a full security briefing
- Complete an IT and Protective Security Off-Site Declaration
- Complete and submit for approval, a Home-Based Work request
- Ensure copies of all required insurances in the name of the contracting entity are submitted
- Obtain a Static IP Address from their Internet Service Provider in their country of residence, so the agency can specifically allow access from it; and
- Submit evidence that personal IT equipment has been hardened.
