Tenderers are to ensure submissions are uploaded to Tenderlink as early as possible to avoid disappointment with the submission being cut off at closing time

Late or manual submissions will not be accepted, Contractors are to ensure sufficient time is allowed for upload

Check documents for accuracy prior to upload, completed pricing schedule must be uploaded for submission to be deemed conforming

We then request that Procurement are advised so that we are aware of the situation

**Contract Agreements will be sent electronically to the successful Tenderers, where your Director/s will be required to insert a digital signature**
