Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Restoration of the D&T Block after fire damage at Cyril Jackson Senior Campus.
The Work includes but is not limited to the restoration of the facilities forming the D&T Block to its pre-fire functionality. This will involve ceiling works, ACM works, signage, roofing, mechanical services, hydraulic services, electrical services, and more.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 53 Reid Street, Bassendean at 23 Aug, 2024 10:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Cyril Jackson Senior Campus. The location of the briefing will be 53 Reid Street, Bassendean WA 6054.
