Port Stephens Council (PSC) requires the installation of a Vehicle Guidance Management System (VGMS) to manage parking demand at Birubi Headland. With the recent installation of Pay to Park within the Anna Bay precinct, a VGMS is required to manage the high volume of vehicle movements within Birubi Headland during busy peak holiday periods. Council will use this RFT as basis to enter into a formal contract arrangement with the successful tenderer. For the supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, operations and support of a VGMS solution which meets PSC requirements.
