Tender Description
Healthy North Coast is working with the Aged Care sector and in particular with RACH's, to support the sustainable implementation of Aged Care and MyMedicare Reforms so that residents can receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time. To ensure this support is tailored, we are seeking a qualified provider to conduct a detailed insights analysis of individual RACH's, including barriers and enablers, and to provide recommendations on the most appropriate support.
